Our Home Inspection consists of: Approximately a Three (3) hour review of the
interior and exterior of the property. Equipped with the Matrix Inspection
format we perform a detailed Evaluation of the Exterior of the Property followed
by a Room to Room Evaluation from floor to ceiling. We also Inspect from the
Foundation to the Roof, Including the Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating System.
We Document by both an Inspection Check off System and Digital Photo's to BEST
assist you in the Evaluation of the property
At The closing of our inspection we will provide you with an Illustrated Binder
that includes a copy of OUR Contract, three (3) copies of the Inspection Report,
then we will send any Digital Photo's to Your E-mail Address to Finalize OUR Report.
Reminder a home inspection is a non-invasive Inspection from a professional
of the property in question.
With all this, we are still there to help Answer's to your question or Concerns,
we also provide for a minor fee a Re-Inspection of any Corrected Remedies.
