SECURE: We will gain entry if needed, using the least abrasive means as possible, upon entry we will replace one or all locks and board up any windows or doors if needed. After Boarding we can replace any Exterior windows and Doors if needed.

Debris Removal: We will remove Interior and Exterior Debris left on your property.

General Cleaning: We will vacuum carpeted areas, mop resilient or tile, dust wood floors, clean appliances and cabinet tops, bath areas and Yes windows.

Landscaping and Mowing Service: We can spruce up your flower beds by pulling weeds and adding mulch, trim back shrubbery and tree branches, and mow the lawn on a bi-weekly schedule.

Winterization / De-Winterization: Winterization consist of turning off the water supply, turning of the power to the Hot Water Tank, Draining the water lines, and adding a bio-safe antifreeze to all plumbing traps, toilets and tanks.

De-Winterization consist of turning on the water supply, filling Hot Water Tank and turning on the power, and re-lighting burner, bleeding air out of the water lines, flushing plumbing traps and toilets. And Inspecting for Leaks!
